DIY: RECYCLED FLOWER VASES

(photos by yours truly)

My latest obsession lately is having fresh flowers all over my home on a weekly basis and with a lack of vases this was proving problematic. I was inspired to start recycling jars, wine bottles and yes a skull vodka bottle and transform them into vases after seeing my favourite organic cafe do the same thing. I am a big supporter of anything recycled whether it be clothing or 90% of my furniture. I love the idea of making something new out of something old. It's such a simple DIY it only requires you to save those empty jars or wine bottles, give them a good clean and fill them with your favourite blooms. My favourite blooms so far are lavender and they fill the room with such a beautiful scent.

I feel exactly the same way, and I love that skull bottle!
I am in need of some more vodka, maybe it was meant to be?

have various glass jars & bottles that I use as vases. You could spend a fortune & end up with something that is nowhere near as beautiful.
