Fizz where: koenji st, koenji price range: mid Just follow the white spiral staircase adorned in ivy to be welcomed in a world of dainty floral prints and gunne sax dresses from the 70s. A cute little vintage boutique you wouldn't even realise existed if staircase hasn't been so eye catching. Just situated above Tatouage (below) this little vintage hideaway is a nice escape from the 80's and 90's american montage alot of the vintage stores on Koenji St seem to be experiencing. Tatouage where: koenji st, koenji price range: mid - expensive When you first walk into Tatouage you wouldn't think vintage clothing, just new clothing with a vintage feel. But before you judge the store all to quickly if you continue to walk to the very back of the store you a greeted by a collection of tutu's that could have easily come from Madonna's like a virgin days and sequined embellished pieces you could lust over all afternoon. Whatever your style you will most likely find at least something in here you will love. Grog Grog Flashback where: koenji st, koenji price range: mid - expensive If you wanted to find a place filled to the brim with American vintage another store to visit is Grog Grog Flashback. You are welcomed by bright colours and what feels like a montage of the 80's in some corners of the store. Great selection of vintage floral dresses to choose from and some rad accessories. Think gem encrusted head gear. Kiki where: koenji st, koenji price range: mid A smaller selection of vintage is available from Kiki, it's a cute little stopover when strolling Koenji St and worth a look. Great mix of accessories and vintage pieces to choose from at a reasonable price. I found this store to be more personal then the others and while there isn't wall to wall of vintage reminiscent of a small supermarket it feels more homely and less American themed Vivid where: koenji st, koenji price range: mid - expensive I wasn't taken aback by the vintage selection at this store compared to the other's along Koenji St. There was more menswear then womenswear which is a plus for any guy tagging along on your shopping trip. Still worth a look however if you have the time. Lovers Soul where: koenji st, koenji price range: mid A great little vintage boutique to visit that houses an impeccable selection of vintage clothing and accessories. Found some of the cutest knitwear and tweed skirts at this store which complimented the autumn/winter season in Japan perfectly at the time. Steady-1 where: koenji st, koenji price range: cheap - mid In regards to vintage this store is nothing special, however if your looking for a great bargain on used clothing then I highly reccomend popping into Steady-1. I found the cutest black knit by Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony for only 3000 Yen. This is definitly a store you will need to scour through but there are some hidden treasures in here for those that are looking. Joy 88 where: koenji st, koenji price range: mid - expensive A nice little vintage boutique with some great Japanese styling, I spotted the cutest little sailor blouse on the back wall when I visited Joy 88. Great range of vintage dresses and blouses worth looking at whilst in Koenji.
